After I'd made the purchase and driven my car home, he called me up to check on me, giving me some advice on how to get the most out of my car, and letting me know that I had the opportunity to get free Electrify America card which provided me with free charges-- let me repeat that, he actually called me AFTER he'd already made the sale to help me out more. Yesterday I couldn’t figure out how to pair my new IPhone with my vehicle and Seger Lowe helped me in seconds!! We’re not all “techie” and when I have an issue it’s wonderful to know that the staff and management at Larry Miller are there for me!! This has been the only place I get my car serviced. They are always kind and friendly and let me know
well in advance when I will need something done and the price range cost. For instance I need new tires soonish and they let me know and told me about a sale they run twice a year to save me cost! I appreciate that so much because if new tires are spring on me last minute it can be stressful to find extra money. And if I decide to not do something there isn’t any pressure to make me feel bad. Which anyone would greatly appreciate!! Won’t go anywhere else for my car!
