Jeff F. & Julianne at Crest Collision are nothing short of AMAZING! I bought a Honda (HONDA WAS NOT P
URCHASED AT CREST, IT WAS PURCHASED IN G.A.) about 11 months ago. Upon trying to insure it through a new company I found out the car was sold to me with "frame damage". The frame damage was not disclosed to me upon sale, it also was not on the Carfax, so, I had no idea the extent of the damage or even where the damage occurred. After being turned down by numerous collision shops Jeff F. took the time to listen to what my husband and I were saying and promptly made an appointment for me to have my car inspected. Jeff gave us the most conclusive picture he could about the current state of my vehicle so that we could make the most educated decision possible concerning our next steps with the car. I am so thankful to Julianne & Jeff for taking the time to hear that we were not looking for a guarantee, but rather a full picture from a professional about my vehicles state of being. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your time, knowledge, and integrity. You have earned a lifetime customer!

Continental Collision on North Lamar Blvd in Austin, TX - an exceptional auto collision repair company!
We cannot recommend Continental Collision on North Lamar Blvd in Austin, TX, highly enough—what an ex
ceptional auto collision repair company! From start to finish, DeAnna Smith and Priscilla Rodriguez at the front desk were kind, compassionate, and quick to relay our messages and call back with answers. Our in-house estimator, Daniel (Dan) Herrman, was the standout of our experience: he was available when we called or returned our calls promptly—even from his personal cell—and patiently answered every question while keeping us updated with photos. Without ever making promises about the completion date, Dan had our car back to us much earlier than we imagined, with excellent bodywork and a wash and buff to top it off. Dan Herrman and the entire Continental Collision team are absolute rock stars!

Richard's did excellent work on repairing my car where it had been hit. The car was even cleaner than
when I dropped it off. They are professional, straightforward and responsive and busy for a reason. I would recommend.
