Thought I needed transmission repair, turned out to be wheel bearings. Jake found the problem and explained in detail what was needed including showing me each issue.
Jake took the time to talk to me before starting anything and treated me more like an assistant than
a customer. He is a wonderful and talented individual and a great ambassador for your company. The repairs were completed quickly and all issues were resolved. Quoted estimates were well below dealer estimates and service was exceptional.
