Georgina said the owner personally called her and sent a driver for her. She was traveling in the area when her vehicle failed. The driver took her to a hotel. They went above and beyond with the service. The driver suggested that she go to a different hotel than she had planned. The quality was better. He also informed her that they do repairs in addition to towing. They assured her that they'd get on her vehicle at 8 am and have an answer for her by 9 am. She informed them that it was the water pump. At 8:45 am they were calling her to let her know that her vehicle was repaired and that they would pick her up when she checked out of the hotel. They were quite hospitable. The counter person at this business was not as well informed as the others. She asked her about the warranty and she was unable to help her. She had to call back and speak with the technician to get an answer. It would be most helpful if the counter person is made aware of the warranty's that are attached with a specific repair. After all, she is the last contact when exiting the business.

Mike said the business' repairs and the employees were very nice. The repairs were quick and they finished on time. However, the person that was supposed to come pick up the vehicle was late.

Wesley said he took his vehicle to this business and asked them to check it out and to let him know what the problem was before doing any work. He later called to find out the status and they told him that his vehicle was ready and the bill was $400. It was not professional of the business. When he arrived they knocked the cost down to $300. He would give them a second chance.
