I have a Mercedes and I felt very confident that the mechanics knew how to work on my car. As far as
I can tell, they did an excellent job. One unusual experience was that a part was missing, difficult to find and they have a warehouse they use in New Jersey. The part was shipped in the afternoon and arrived at O’Hare airport at 2 AM by FedEx. It then got to the distribution center somewhere in Chicagoland area and at J and S at 7:30 in the morning and by 10 o’clock I got the call saying the repairs were completed! Two months ago, I went to the dealership where I have previously gone for service and I believe they were confused on how to make this repair.
The owner of this shop purchased this business and has been working on Mercedes since 1999. I will definitely bring my car back here.
