I brought my BMW X5 in to have the A/C Compressor replaced.
They ordered and replaced the a/c compr
essor, they called me to come and pickup the vehicle, I went to pickup the vehicle and when I got there they had checked out ac again only to find out that the new a/c Compressor went out. They immediately ordered a new one and replaced it. No problems no with the a/c.
The repair was for an AWS, security system, reflashing. Wellman's did the repair in one day in charge
less than a hundred bucks. BMW wanted almost a thousand dollars.
Each time I bring my Saturn to Certified Automotive, for an oil change or for a repair, I am thankful
for the employees' courtesy and their taking time to explain the problem, what needs to be done, and the estimated cost. I feel safe that I won't be taken advantage of because I know very little about cars. Most recently, when the car wouldn't start and I had it towed to Certified Automotive, their troubleshooting found that I needed a new starter. I was without a car and relied on friends driving me around (and did some long walking one day). I was reminded of how dependent we are on cars (and what a tremendous timesaver they are compared to walking!) and was very thankful to get the car back and repaired. We were travelling from Colorado to New Branunfels when we developed a radiator leak on December 28th
in Lubbock.
Initially, we were going to rent a car to continue our trip and pick up our truck on the way back to Colorado, but Brandon's "squeezed" us into their shop and assured us the repairs would be done by 3 PM and they were.
In addition, their staff drove us to lunch, while we waited for the repairs to be completed.
We enjoyed the balance of our trip without incident due to Brandon's profressionalism and prompt service.
If I lived in the Lubbock area, Brandon's would unequivocally be my "go to shop" for auto & truck repairs.
