t - the car wouldn't start. Needed to have it towed. Had no idea "where" to take it. My insurance would pay for it to be towed - but where? The young man that came to tow my car in (and by the way, he was super nice as well), suggested I take it to The Repair Shop.....he said "those people will treat you right" so they took it there. I am SO thankful they did. Mr. Thacker and his wife could not have been any nicer to me. I hope I won't need a car repair any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely go to The Repair Shop !

Friendly and honest with what is wrong with you vehicle.
If your repair has more then one way to get fixed they will not just give you the most expense price.
Will let you know if needs fixed right away or something later that needs fixed. Will explain in detail what is wrong with vehicle.

In this day and age it’s difficult to find a shop that does quality work at a fair price. My experien
ce at European Auto Specialists confirms that there are still a few shops that know how to treat the customers with quality work and fair prices. I have taken my vehicle (2012 Audi A6) on a couple of occasions and received timely and quality repairs at reasonable prices. The shop is clean and well run with a comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend their services should you need auto repairs.
