I'm a long time Neubauer customer and know they are professional, honest, and customer focused, but I
need to give them a special shout out today. On the Saturday before we were set to leave for a road trip vacation on Wednesday, I discovered my brakes needed to be replaced. I called first thing Monday morning and Chelsea found a way to fit us in and made sure we had our car back by Tuesday afternoon in time for our travel on Wednesday. What a relief!
