After my daughter hit a turkey and damaged the front end of her car, the cosmetic damage looked prett
y severe, but mechanically everything seemed fine at first. She drove it from Muskegon to Kent City for work, but as she turned into the parking lot, the car suddenly started making a terrible noise. I didn’t feel comfortable having her drive it home like that, so I needed to find a nearby shop that could take a look at it quickly.
Maxim was incredible from beginning to end. They were able to fit us in the very same day, quickly diagnose the problem, and get everything taken care of so she could safely get back on the road.
Taking a vehicle to a repair shop always makes me a little uneasy because I worry about being told I need unnecessary repairs just to increase the bill. I never got that impression from Maxim. They addressed the exact issue we brought the car in for, fixed it, and also checked everything over to make sure it was safe for my daughter to drive.
Even though I live in Muskegon, I would absolutely drive all the way to Sparta to have my vehicles serviced there again. I was that impressed with the experience.

to properly diagnose the issue and make repairs in resonable amount of time. The office manager Jessica was very knowledgeable and friendly. She kept me informed of the progress as my vehicle was being repaired. She was also very helpful in providing me transportation to the car rental location. The prices are very reasonable and have determined they are best in my experience with other repair shops.
