I have issues with the Santa Fe I purchased and the way things were handled. I will say that the manager is working with me. For this reason I am changing my score. I am scheduled to go back to the dealership in a few days. The manager had a suggestion that will most probably take care of the 2 main issues I have. I greatly appreciate that he is working on the problems with me.

Buying a car
I would highly recommend that when you tell someone your budget, that they respect what you had advised them. It is really not nice to recommend for you to test drive a vehicle that is not in your budget. If I could go back, I would have second thoughts of buying from a company/manager that thinks it’s ok to do this.

Friendly Staff without the high pressure sales
The buying experience was very positive and we weren’t pressured to make a decision. We were given a very aggressive offer for our trade in and the dealership made us a great deal on our lease.
