Fantastic buying experience.
Wanted hard to find trim/color. Searched the entire country, got lucky when I saw they got a build allocation of exact car. Called early that morning, $1k deposit taken over the phone holds it for me! 40 days later I’m picking it up. Paid the exact out the door quote they gave me the first day, no mark-up, no dealer installed bs, no pressure to purchase extras. Sam kept me informed through the process, Dom handled the sale, and Mike in finance took care of the paperwork. All of them did excellent jobs and made the process super smooth. This was by far my best car buying experience and would strongly recommend McCord's Vancouver Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Best car buying experience
I was dreading going to a dealership to purchase a car. Last time I purchased a vehicle at a different dealership, the process took an entire day. I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out the door with my new car keys within 2 hours! Dom was very helpful. He is knowledgeable, thorough and works extremely fast! Dom listened to my wants and needs and went out of his way to make it happen. I got exactly what I wanted! He made this the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Vancouver Toyota.

New car buying experience
Picked up Rav4 hybrid model w the trim and features I wanted. Earnest deposit a couple of months ago put me on the wait list and VT was accurate in their estimate of when I might expect a car w my desired features to arrive. VT kept me informed of potential delivery. Pick up was smooth and car was in impeccable condition. Sales person took time to get me set up and comfortable w the controls. Of course there is much more to the car (with advance tech package) than can be covered in one sitting (info overload). The manuals (hard copy and virtual through the app) are very helpful and easy to understand. Buying from Oregon I recommend this dealer.

Dom was great to work with.
5 stars for our salesperson, Dom. But I don’t like the fact that they do not renew trip permits because we were an out of state sale, we’re from Oregon. Now we have to renew our own when the current one expires. It could take up to 12-18 weeks to get our plates, is what I’m being told and trip permits are only valid for 21 days, and about $30 each time we renew. Not happy about that.

Salespeople did and excellent job
I was searching online for a new GR86. But I was also only wanting to pay MSRP and some dealers aren't willing to sell there vehicles at MSRP. But that wasn't the case at Vancouver Toyota. I spoke with Kayla and she said that's not a problem. So I came in and met up with Dom and he was up front with me and told me that they didn't have the car in stock but if I wanted to put down a small deposit he'd take down exactly what I was looking for and give me a call as soon as my vehicle arrived. So every month either Dom or Kayla would either call or email me with an update. It was a bit of a wait. It took 10 months for Toyota to build and ship my car from Japan but it was exactly what I wanted. So if you don't mind the wait they'll diffinately get you what your looking for. It probably took a little longer for me because I only wanted Pavement Gray. If you give them a couple different color options they might be able to get you what you want a little sooner. I'm just Super picky.

From the first sentence spoken to the salesman we related our desire to purchase an EV that qualified for the federal tax credit. We stated this many times throughout our transaction. The salesman AND the sales manager were well aware of this yet did NOT relate that the BZ4X did NOT qualify. In the 4+ hours that we were involved in the sales transaction, NO ONE told us that the BZ4X that we were purchasing was NOT eligible for the tax credit - but they certainly knew. These people are NOT transparent and certainly shady. There were so many instances that they should have disclosed the factual information and yet they just didn't say a word. The car does not qualify, in fact we could not find ANY TOYOTA on the list of EV or GREEN vehicles that qualify for any part of the federal tax credit program. The sales personnel knew that information. Despite us bringing it up, multiple times, nothing was disclosed to us. What a shady dealership. Zero transparency.

Good experience. Was kept inform about the vehicle's arrival. Was not pushy on adding extra extension plans on vehicle. Gave a full tank of fuel when we picked up vehicle. Answered all my questions about the vehicle's multimedia system, even helped me get it set up.
