I'm glad they take time to actually look at reviews!
While I was overall satisfied with my service, some minor issues made it seem to me like it was worth a 4 out of 5 stars. But they called to discuss these issues with me personally which has never happened when I've filled out surveys in the past so I'm so pleasantly surprised by this that I'm more than happy to revise my review.
