2024 Tundra Platinum Purchase

Kudos to Viaime and Hayden for providing prompt and superb service. Vaiaime was very helpful in assisting us with what we were looking to buy. She provided us with what were available and those in transit with the options/packages we specifically communicated. When we decided to reserve one of the Tundras in transit, she kept us informed and updated a few times a week on the status. The dealership also offered us a good deal for the purchase and for our trade-in.

Hayden was the sales consultant that worked with us with completing the purchase related documents when our new Tundra arrived, and also prep the Tundra for our receipt. We were impressed by his professionalism and patience as we navigated through the ID.me app to get my military discount. It was refreshing to experience that there are still dealerships that are not pushy and are hassle-free and are there to assist and provide the best service to its customers.

We started the day off only wanting to test drive cars to make sure of what we wanted and a possible trade in at some point. We walked out with a new car! wonderful sales people

I had a wonderful experience inspite of having to go back the next day to get my discount I had arranged with Luda for not buying at Beaverton Toyota. Hayden didn't know about the discount and forgot about it until I got home. Hayden did a wonderful job showing me how my car worked and set my car up with the Apps the next day when I came in so they could rewrite my paperwork.
My only complaint is with finance the second day when I went back so they could rewrite my paperwork (I paid cash for my car) they pulled my credit ranking. They didn't do it the first day when I gave them a check for the full amount. I wish they would have warned me so that when I got home I wouldn't have alerts from my credit cards).

My salesperson Hayden was amazing. He has the patience of a saint as I wanted to look at several different cars and took a good time deciding which one I wanted. Hayden gave me the pros and cons of each vehicle without trying to influence my decision. He offered solid advice based on experience and knowledge when I asked. I ended up with a car I really like and purchased a service plan to cover it for 100,000 miles or till 2028. How much sweeter can it get?
