The facility compex appear to be too small for the size of the dealership.
I went for my first year oil change and the three month multi-point inspection. I asked if I could get a free car wash and was told yes; However, when the car was delivered, it was still wet. I asked if this was a normal practice after a car wash and was told yes.... The matter was quickly resolved by your representative who offered to dry it, and in deed, did it. Thank you for the extra effort he deserves a sign of appreciation. But then again, I believe that after a car wash the delivery of a wet car to a customer is unacceptable, even for a courtesy wash. Don't you agree?

You'd think that 4 hours would be plenty of time for an oil change, right? You'd think that 4 hours would be plenty of time to get your car that 10 minute inspection that they say makes getting oil changes at the dealer worth it. You'd think that 4 hours would be plenty of time to get fluids topped off when your oil needs to be changed, as specified in the terms of your oil change. Well if you thought any of those things about Hyundai of Wesley Chapel, you'd be dead wrong.

My car wouldn't start and I was able to get free roadside assistance and a service appointment immediately after my car was started. The fast roadside and maintenance service enabled me to go on with my day with very little interruption. Love Hyundai of Wesley Chapel!
