Great car buying experience!
Hatchet Hyundai West treated us like family from the beginning. They answered all our questions, let us test drive a number of cars, and provided a no pressure environment. Our salesman, Trystan Tyner, was thoughtful and helped us weigh out all our options until we found the perfect car for our family. Kurt, in financing was through and great at explaining things. Both went above their job descriptions. Hatchet Hyundai offers the best warranty and will be the first place we go for our next car.

Very professional staff and huge inventory to choose from!
I went to several dealerships around town and chose Hatchett as soon as I walked into the facility. Very friendly staff that allowed me to walk around without any pressure.

Amazing service all around!
I had been set on not purchasing a brand new car because I have young children and my job requires a lot of travel. My salesperson, Trevor, was respectful of this choice and attempted to find a used car that would suit my needs but it was difficult! After a lot of discussion about what I truly needed and was willing to bend on, he was able to get me into a 2021 Elantra that fits all my needs and stayed within my budget. I have had this car for almost 2 weeks and it's amazing. Trevor has checked in multiple times to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely go back!

Very good experience
I like shopping for a new car about as much as I would look forward to a root canal procedure. I was looking at a new Tucson and John Olson came out to see if I needed any assistance. I said I was just looking around, and he just said he would be inside if I had any questions. I liked him, immediately. Didn't get swarmed like flies on sugar, so that was a big plus! I liked what I was seeing, so I went in and he gave me the keys and sat in the vehicle with me, to review all the features. I brought my wife back for a test drive, the next day, and we went home with a new Tucson! No pressure and great service!
