Fun to drive and the safety measures ensure my comfort level.

Fuel economy, safety features, entertainment features, nice map, camera for backup is wide enough to see sides as well as back, plenty of ports for charging technology products, drives like a dream!

We Highly Rate the Palisade

The Hyundai Palisade Is a pleasure to drive. My wife and I do not have any complaints on the way it drives. It is well designed and has very comfortable seats. We appreciate the safety features that it has. The sound quality of the radio is excellent. In our opinion the quality of the Palisade exceeds that of cars costing much more.

Not happy

I am not happy with my 2021 Palisade SEL. It is a pretty vehicle but because it makes a LOUD BANG, once every few months that shakes the vehicle, I am no longer comfortable driving it. I am no longer comfortable driving my 99 year old mother places or any combination of 6 grandchildren ranging from 2 to 9 years old. I can not get past this noise that no one —- EXCEPT THE PEOPLE ON THE HYUNDAI FORUMS — have ever heard before. This is my second Hyundai, my first being a 2019 Santa Fe. That one broke and couldn’t be fixed or put back together at 18,000 miles. Hyundai didn’t care. Hyundai customer support stinks. My dealership is great, but Hyundai itself, thumbs down!!!

Average

Vehicle overall is average. The bells and whistles are welcomed but dig deeper. High wind noise, rattling here and there, recalls and smoke from the exhaust due to carbon buildup. The part that makes me regret my purchase is the service department.

Love the vehicle!

We love the style, drive and overall interior and exterior look of this vehicle. We looked at others but the Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy was better bang for the buck with all the bells and whistles anyone needs! Drive it today- you will love it!

excellent vehicle

First time purchasing a Hyundai and I've been thoroughly impressed. Great styling on exterior and interior, but more importantly a pleasure to drive. Very comfortable seating, and the Highway Drive Assist feature makes it almost like Auto-pilot.

Best 3 row car

Fantastic car with a couple of small issues like noise not par with a Lexus, mediocre acceleration. Interior is roomy and upscale and can even can accommodate adults in the 3rd row. Hard to beat the value of this car

Love my palisade!!

Pretty much love everything about this vehicle. Couple quirks for me with one of the drive assist features, but over all it has been a great vehicle. It has handle well in the little bit of snow my area has gotten the last couple years. Need to see once big snow hits.

I fell in love with the Palisade by outside first and after test driving it I was sure this was my car. It is comfortable to drive and as a passenger. I would anyone if you want a SUV with a lot of room and great quality to get this car. I love it!!

Still Happy After Two Years

No regrets and I feel the Calligraphy offers a tremendous value; love the driving experience, a real boulevard style cruiser and just what I like, EZ-PZ. We did a flawless 4500 mile cross country trip and no issues at all.

Just don’t like the vehicle

It is by far the loudest interior noise vehicle I’ve ever bought.The cabin is so loud I have to turn up the radio. If turn up the radio the door panel vibrate I had a Hyundai Sonata for my wife and it was the best car I’ve ever had would drive it more than the BMW I had .Thought the Pallisade would not be a problem,was I wrong

I've had nothing but issues with this vehicle

I've had issues with this vehicle and it continues to have something wrong with it. If I could go back in time I would tell myself not to purchase this vehicle to save myself if rom the hassle of having a vehicle that is in the shop one third of the time.

Excellent car. Has all the bells and whistles and then some

An excellent car. It has all kinds of fancy features. Heated steering wheel seemed like it was stupid, but of all the things this car has, it is the most appreciated during the winter. Love the heated and cooled seats. Great for winter and summer. I like the idea of the cameras coming on to show you the side of the car when the blinkers are on. Great car

Very nice, no problem on the highway smooth driving.

I'm glad I purchased this vehicle. It caught my eyes on the showroom floor. Regardless if I'm riding or driving, it is so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to a family member or friend. Sometimes strangers ask about the vehicle.

Great quality for the price

My Hyundai is dependable and fun to drive. It makes long trips easy and comfortable. The suspension is a little less than I am used to. The Jones dealership does a great job servicing the vehicle and answering all questions.

Love It

I first saw the Palisade during the Super Bowl commercial in 2019. It was a quick flash in the commercial. I immediately got on line to find out more about it. Thats when I started researching it. Then it took a while to find the one I wanted. I wanted a certain exterior color, with the bench seat in the second row with a certain interior color, with the conveince and premium packages in the SEL. I drove 6 hrs one way when I found the combination I wanted. I love the space I have for grandchildren. I have 7 that are in various stages of car seats and I can fit 3 across in the middle row. I love the way it handles. I wanted AWD. I have had it for 2 1/2 years and have 70,000 + miles. I'm always on the go and so far it has not let me down. I like the navigation, I like the screen is big. The only thing I miss is I had the split 3 way screen when I bought it, after the map update that went away. I hope they bring that option back.

Great family vehicle

Great handling, safety and comfort. Roomy enough for large family and luggage. Controls make it easy to use third row seating for additional luggage space or convert to seating for two additional passengers.
