The operation of the SUV is great. My biggest problem are with the extra service coverage I bought at the time of purchase and recall coverage.

Great solid and comfortable SUV

We took our beautiful silver Hyundai Palisades for its first road trip in January this year. We've been "saving" it since it will probably be our last vehicle purchase. The ride was extremely comfortable and quiet; this SUV which I predominately drive makes me feel safe. It is just the perfect size for me and all of its features (which I'm still learning) are so helpful and needed. The dealership would like to buy this car from us (and of course sell us another one) but she's not for sale. We probably put less than 200 miles/month on it because we drive our 2019 KIA most of the time around town. We hope to have this SUV for a long time to come.
