Alex Z made my buying experience great!
The Schomp Hyundai dealership really delivered on my 2020 Kona EV. The car is fantastic, the service has been exceptional and the salesperson, Alex Zavala, is detail-oriented, personable and honest. I could not ask for more in a salesperson. He made the buying experience a pleasant one and I give him FIVE stars!

Made it Right
When we purchased our vehicle, no one went over the features with us: explaining the infotainment system, assisting with setting up the phone book, etc. I read through the manual to figure these things out and got it done. Nick called a couple of weeks after our purchase and offered to send someone to us to go over any further questions we had or to help us with any of the features, which was a nice offer as we live about 80 miles from the dealership.

New Vehicle Purchase
The vehicle is great! Has great features, once we read the manual and figured them out. The reason the rating is so low is because no one at the dealership explained any of the features, didn't help us set up phones, infotainment, etc. Just left us on our own to figure it all out.
