Overall, the experience was good. I like negotiating prior to arrival. My only complaint was being told my trade in value was one amount and being offered another with the explanation given. Then seeing my used car listed two days later on your website for several thousand dollars more than the original offer. So in other words you cleaned up on my trade in. I can see now I should have held firm on my original offer or came down slightly but not the 3500 I did come down. Nick was very personable and did a great job showing us the features of the car.

Whole process was over 5 hours!!! Way too longz
The whole process in buying this new vehicle took over 4 hours, way too long for comfort. Waiting for a lot of other people going through finance was a long wait as well.This was my 4th purchase of a new vehicle and I expected better service!

Great/Not great service
The purchasing of the vehicle and the staff were fantastic, got to see lots of options and finally picked one, took it for a test drive and then purchased the vehicle. Nick (5 stars)
The only problem was I was purchasing the truck for my company and told the staff on several occasions that the truck would be owned by my company and not me and should not appear on my personal credit report. I was assured that it would not show up on my credit report. Unfortunately, I recently received my personal credit report and low and behold the new truck is on my personal credit report. Now I have to figure out a way to get it off of my personal credit report because the truck is not owned by me personally but is owned by my company. (1 star)

Battery was not replaced and car was ready to be picked up.
I had paid for battery. Luckily i didnt drive off or would have been stranded. Very bad customer service.

Scammers
I took my car in to get a battery replaced and when I went to leave it wouldn't start. Turns out they never replaced it at all. They tried to scam me out of a battery. Then when I call and try to talk to the manager they don't answer, or are always gone. My husband too, every time he went he would magically have a flat tire?? Scam! Beware!
