Whole process was over 5 hours!!! Way too longz
The whole process in buying this new vehicle took over 4 hours, way too long for comfort. Waiting for a lot of other people going through finance was a long wait as well.This was my 4th purchase of a new vehicle and I expected better service!

The Right Stuff
My wife and I were looking at. Used Chevy Volt. My wife had concerns about the car, so, we looked at a Prius Prime. The PHEV car was quite nice, but it was a little too expensive.
Finally, Nick had us look at a 2024 Corolla SE. It fit the bill. The car was a intermediate size hybrid delivering excellent mileage with comfortable driving room with and comfortable back seats. Plus, the sale price was quite good.
Nate, the Finance Manager, worked through the financials to complete the sale.
Nick and Nate were very flexible and professional in all matters.

Battery was not replaced and car was ready to be picked up.
I had paid for battery. Luckily i didnt drive off or would have been stranded. Very bad customer service.

Scammers
I took my car in to get a battery replaced and when I went to leave it wouldn't start. Turns out they never replaced it at all. They tried to scam me out of a battery. Then when I call and try to talk to the manager they don't answer, or are always gone. My husband too, every time he went he would magically have a flat tire?? Scam! Beware!

Overall, the experience was good. I like negotiating prior to arrival. My only complaint was being told my trade in value was one amount and being offered another with the explanation given. Then seeing my used car listed two days later on your website for several thousand dollars more than the original offer. So in other words you cleaned up on my trade in. I can see now I should have held firm on my original offer or came down slightly but not the 3500 I did come down. Nick was very personable and did a great job showing us the features of the car.

Having previously owned a car dealership on the east coast for 9 years and having owned 45 cars personally, I know my way around salespeople and dealerships. After my last Toyota dealership let me down by doing dealer add-ons and markups with no willingness to budge, I searched elsewhere. That is when I came to McCord’s and I’ve been absolutely delighted with their service and customer care, in addition to straightforward pricing!! From start to finish, they are ACE’s in my book, so easy to work with, no games or gimmicks! Nick was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be purchasing from them again!!

Great/Not great service
The purchasing of the vehicle and the staff were fantastic, got to see lots of options and finally picked one, took it for a test drive and then purchased the vehicle. Nick (5 stars)
The only problem was I was purchasing the truck for my company and told the staff on several occasions that the truck would be owned by my company and not me and should not appear on my personal credit report. I was assured that it would not show up on my credit report. Unfortunately, I recently received my personal credit report and low and behold the new truck is on my personal credit report. Now I have to figure out a way to get it off of my personal credit report because the truck is not owned by me personally but is owned by my company. (1 star)

Excellent service from Nick Audrey when I picked up my Venza
I drove from Bonney Lake , Wa.in early October to pick up my vehicle. I purchased it from Luda which was very helpful, however she was not able to be there on the day I picked it up. Nick Audrey helped me when I arrived. I was not familiar with the new technology on my new Venza and Nick spent close to 3 hrs . with me to make sure I was comfortable with operating everything. He was very professional and patient with me. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Vancouver Toyota . Everyone I worked with was very professional and helpful as well as keeping me updated on when my new vehicle would likely arrive. Most of all Nick's patience with me as well as his knowledge of the technology on the Venza was outstanding. Toyota of Vancouver can be very proud to have such an outstanding employee as Nick..
