Always amazing
Patrick and the LAA staff provide a top-notch customer experience. The team is consistently friendly, professional, and accomodating, and they always go the extra mile to do the right thing. Patrick especially has always been very patient and thoughtful in presenting and working through service issues and options.

Didn’t correct the problem
I brought my excursion to Lake Arbor 2x for the sale issue, neither tile was it fixed. They were very pleasant, professional but I’m disappointed I had to take it to the dealer to be corrected (and spend another $1300).

7 weeks for a transmission???
Lake Arbor has had my ‘06 F150 for six weeks now, installing a new transmission. I received a call informing me it was ready so I took time off work to go get it. I paid the balance for the work done and was happy to have my truck back. I made it about 1500 feet before the ‘trans fault’ message appeared on the screen. The truck wouldn’t drive, so I drove it back to the shop in reverse. I was told it had been test driven by multiple people and it drove fine, but now suddenly I was told by Patrick there were 9 codes coming from the transmission. Today’s call from Troy was yet another disappointment from this shop; they cannot seem to get a part that doesn’t have water in it (??) from Ford (???). So after 4 attempts over 6 weeks, they’ll be trying a different vendor next week (????). I’m legitimately ready to have the truck towed to a different shop & take my chances in court with these people. This has been and continues to be the single most frustrating business transaction I have ever been a part of.
