Starting with the test drive all the the way through the process to the final walkthrough of the vehicle features, getting setup with bluelink, phone, he was terrific. Don't bother going anywhere else. Temecula Hyundai has the BEST customer service. From the minute you arrive you're greeted friendly and throughout the whole experience you're treated with respect. Everyone is professional and genuine. We have been driving Hyundai cars over 15 years. And now just bought our new 2021 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. This car is Amazing!! So user friendly, safe and all the "bells and whistles" Its a pleasure to drive such a cool car!! Have to thank Carlos Velasco in the service department. He always gives us excellent personalized customer care! And a thank you to August Boessler for being so patient and informative with selling me the new car!! It can be stressful buying a car but not here at Temecula Hyundai. Great experience!!
