'd also had in my engine for years was a long standing problem. They explained both and fixed both. My car now drives smoother than it had for a long time... I should have asked for help years ago. I trust these folks to fix only what needs fixing, and to do it right.

My car needed a long (120,000 mile) servicing, and I was confident from past experience that Mark wou
ld do just that and be accountable in writing. Plus, there wasn't any surprise added things, like my concern about my steering wheel being a little wonky. It wasn't, but Mark could have done some fake "work" on it and charged me for it. He simply tested my steering wheel and said it was fine and needed nothing, to my great relief.

Sam took quick care of my punch list of items (O2 sensor, oil, front brakes) and looked into an issue
