Throughout the entire process- from initial contact to picking up the car, he was very communicative and responsive. This shop is amazing. No appointment I called and they asked to see the vehicle. Arrived met with Eve
, Jessica & Joe. Looked at the exhaust and said no problem, gave me a quote and asked if they could start right away. Left the vehicle with them and they got to work. Great communication between all involved. Called me to collect and I was completely satisfied pay exactly what was quoted. Excellent service and communication. My 2018 GMC truck was acting up. It was shuddering and I figured out it was a torque converter issue.
They diagnosed it and came to same conclusion. I was leaning on replacing torque converter and they said let’s flush it and use the new recommendation. For fluids and try that first. Great and honest people Colin helped me at front desk
