This garage is a great find for my family. We are not “car” people. I asked for a look over on 3 of o
ur cars during oil change visits. 2 cars came back with nothing bad found (unheard of in my past). The third car had several potential issues that could come up as it’s an old car. They gave us the details but didn’t try and push for the service to be done (again unheard of). They are honest and professional and very kind. If our cars need service this is where they’ll go. I highly recommend this garage.
Ken..You are always there for me for even little things. Much appreciated.
I would recommend Ken to anyone and have. My family has gone to him for years. He is friendly, liste
ns and checks things out. Rates good and would go the extra mile. Thanks for being there for us. Our go to guy.
I started with Gary’s a few years ago when my Prius had a dead battery (the regular battery not the P
rius battery). I live just down the street and had it towed there. John and the crew were so friendly and helpful. It was not a bad way to spend a New Years Eve afternoon. Since then I’ve gone back for oil changes and regular maintenance and have always been satisfied. I’m preparing to drive cross- country and John and Gary and the crew serviced it yesterday. I feel confident I’m in good shape for the road trip. Thank you, Gary’s!
The folks at JE Wheel are great to work with and honest. They are quick, efficient and seem to be abl
e to get things in a timely manner. This was my 4th visit to them and I refer anyone I can.
I took my F-350 to a Bremerton Ford dealer to have a recall performed. On the way home the check eng
ine light came on. The Ford dealer said it wasn't their problem and wanted $2300 to fix it. I took the truck to the Flying Wrench. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the communication with them was excellent. The repair was done within a few days.
The dealer wanted $2300 to fix the problem they caused (failure to hook up a hose in the diesel exhaust fluid system, which caused DEF to stream out of the tank). Flying Wrench identified the issue and fixed it for $537. They also prepared the right documentation for me to recover the cost of the repair from the Ford dealer.
