a reply until I got the $18.95 bill which was confusing.
Customer was informed that a standard alignment is $79.95 and any camber adjustment are an additional cost of parts and labor. Customer may have went somewhere else and received an $80.00 alignment that did not include the camber adjustment. That will not solve the wear issue that was present on the tires when it arrived at out shop. The customer was sold 1 tire in October of 2013 at that time the other tires where fine. In the time that the car was driven without having an alignment or camber adjustment the other 3 tires where worn out. That is why when the car came into the shop it needed 3 new tires to match the one that was purchased in October so no damage to drive train in an allwheel drive vehicle would happen. Not sure what the complaint is about.
