Dishonest service. Lied about taking off a part that would cost more labor resulting in a higher bill.
I took my car there to get one of the ignition coils changed. Initially the price was said to be $160 but it came to $226 because the mechanic would have to take the air intake off. The coil that was changed didn't need the intake to be removed because it was in the front and not under the intake, and you could tell because it was the only shiny new coil out of the ones in the engine block. The mechanic came out looked at it, said thats the one he changed. When I said you ddin't have to remove the intake to change that one he said he thought it was that one but he made a mistake it was actually one on the left side. You could visually see that the air intake wasn't removed because there is no finger prints on the dirt on any part of it. When i showed them that they said that I agreed to pay for the service, and I "should of took it home and did it myself", and they can not do a refund. The coil went out on the 440 on the way to Raleigh from Fayetteville to pick my kids up. In the beginning they were very kind but once they were caught in the lie they became very rude.
