Our Kia Soul was stolen and when it was recovered it had a broken steering column, broken rear passenger window, broken glass in the interior, and damage to the bumper/rear panel. We happened to find Alternative Auto by chance and we are very glad we did! Armando and his team did an excellent job at making all the repairs, detailing the interior, and fixing our windshield. Throughout the entire process, Armando was nothing but kind, professional, and transparent. He also dealt 100% with the insurance company on the supplemental estimate.
