Friendly and knowledgeable.
John is very friendly and very knowledgeable regarding HONDA automobiles. He offers options, when available, to let the customer know ways to save money and yet still repair the car in a safe manner. They are easy to work with and do not pressure you do you have additional work done while still letting you know any issues that may be arising in the future regarding the safe performance of the vehicle. It would be nice if they had Saturday hours.
