Jeffrey said the staff were not the most outgoing people. The customer service was not the best. They did do the job and were accommodating. Due to these issues he would not recommend them.

Allen said he felt deceived by the report he received on his vehicle he was trying to sell. His vehicle was parked in his garage for two weeks with full oil before taking it to the business to get a quote. The staff member told him that his vehicle had a leak and that it would cost a lot of money for an alignment. He took his vehicle home to check the oil level himself and it was full. He was not given a straight answer on whether the staff member refilled the oil, and the staff member didn't tell him that he would be topping off the oil.

Kyle said there were a few complications when he bought the vehicle a year ago. There was no writing on the warranty that was on the vehicle. So when he brought the vehicle into the business to get serviced it was his word against theirs. He would have liked better clarification on what was done on the vehicle in writing. They did a great job on the vehicle, but he would have liked to know about the gaskets and their warranty life in writing. They have reasonable prices.
