Poor communication
Dropped my car off to get the door locks fixed on Friday morning, and they said it would be an easy quick fix! should only take a couple hours. That afternoon never heard from them. So I called and they said it won’t be done till Monday. Monday rolls around no phone call. Didn’t hear from them till Wednesday saying I need a new part and will be a week till it’s done. The next Friday I haven’t heard from them so I stopped by the shop to see what’s going on. And they say my car is done, but they need to put the keys back together and do a test drive. It will be done Monday! Monday rolls around and get a call at 10:18 saying my car is done! I go to pick it up and when I get in the passenger side is still torn apart with his notes in it. I definitely wasn’t happy after that. They put it back together and I picked it up later. They didn’t even clean the inside or anything. I don’t think they take pride in there work.

My 2013 Mini Cooper
I really didn't want to fill this out because I'm not very happy about this subject.
I brought my car to you to fix several months ago and you determined that it needed a new fuel pump and a new fuel filter, which took forever to do but you did do it. I was charge around $2600 dollars for this work . After finally getting the car back we drove it for a little bit and ran out of gas. So we had it towed to a close mechanic who told us the gas gauge wasn't working right because an arm that operates it is broken, (this was supposed to be a new fuel pump). So since the work you did was under warranty we brought it back, you worked on it for several weeks, charge for another part, and the gauge still doesn't work.

I’d do no stars if possible
They are under new ownership but they didn’t have a record of an promise made to me to repair my window correctly after I paid a significant sum for the repair that was not done properly. When I pointed it out to the old owner he said not to worry, they’d get to it next time I came in. Each time I went back for one type of job or another the repair was never made but I always got a promise to have it repaired “the next time.” It never was. I was determined to get this done on my latest maintenance work last week. They had no record of the window and the estimate for work increased by around $500. I was going to work this out. I was taken to a car rental place I’ve used for the many years I’ve used Automotion. I learned the rental place and Automotion had some type of blow up and I couldn’t rent a car. I went back and got my car. Horrible way to treat a long time customer who had very costly repairs done just last year. How quickly some businesses forget.

Owner a liar
Had power steering components repaired/replaced at this shop. All failed right away. Instead of offering to help or redo, Nick gave me a bogus warranty hot line number to call. The owner refused all contact. I was forced to use another shop to perform the repairs, with what I paid AutoMotion down the drain. The owner here is a liar.
