Warranty does not cover abuse or neglect. The vehicle was taken off road and submerged in water. We have video of us draining water out of the transfer case, which we can provide video upon request. "This is abuse". We repaired the transmission as a courtesy at no charge, therefore warranty was voided. The only payment we requested was for the tow bill.
