Made one appointment for 9am and waited until 3pm to find out they bumped me for another customer. Didn't have the courtesy to call me so I lost a work day. I had to come again and waited all day in the waiting room. 2 days of my life I'll never get back because they are poorly managed. Most likely I will never get a Hyundai again. Service manager was always unavailable. I would not recommend this dealership for repairs.
