The "1 star" review that some miserable soul has systematically copied and pasted across every available review site seemed like such a fluke to me, what with all the other great reviews out there for these guys. My instincts didn't let me down when I called in and was greeted by Rachel; charming, caring and apparently genuinely interested in helping me out after my car accident (wasn't my fault, and now my new baby was a mess!!!) I came in that day and met with Chris, who assured me that the repairs shouldn't take much more than four days (although they have a sign posted right behind the front desk that clearly states there is no guarantee of repair time) and Rachel had set up a rental car for me to drive in the meantime and it was already waiting for me when I arrived! (the Hertz guy was awesome too, but I'll have to write a separate review for him)
The next day I called to ask Chris to go over his estimate of repair so I knew what they were doing, he had to leave early for a meeting, so another guy, Al, took the phone call and explained exactly what was happening. He also told me I could look at pictures of my car getting fixed online, they take a picture a day, TOO COOL!
To my surprise, Chris called me on the morning of the third day, and told me to be there at lunchtime, my car would be ready and out front (it was Friday, I got to have my car back for the weekend!!) When I got there, Rachel was on her lunch and another girl was there, she was just as great as Rachel was, I didn't catch her name, but she still knew what had been done to my car and explained my LIFETIME warranty on all the repairs they had done. Chris came out and went over everything with me one more time, my baby looks like she did before that idiot ever ran into me!!
I couldn't have been happier with the service; these folks are very "Ballard" and fit right into the neighborhood. Take your car here and have all the free cookies, candy and coffee you can eat!! I love these guys, but I hope I never have to see them again, know what I mean?
