I feel cheated!
How is it I'm charged $150 for the same information I get from AutoZone for free.

Alberto said he was a very dissatisfied customer. He said this business overcharged him for a fuse to open the door lock and he was overcharged for an oil change. They did not diagnose his vehicle correctly and he still has sensors appearing on the dash. They did not deduct the price of the diagnostic from the overall bill. He will not be returning to this business and would like a refund or some kind of credit. He said he does not appreciate being taken advantage of.
