"Wow!"
I called first thing on a Monday morning for a flat tire. John said "bring it right in!" I brought my car in and Francis said "we'll take care of that for you right now!" So, I waited for a short while and when my car was done the total was (drum roll!) a little over $13.00!!! You guys ROCK!!!!

Jose said he did not have a good experience at the business. His hose was leaking power steering fluid and he told them what the problem was and where it was leaking. He does some mechanic work and he could not do the work himself because he did not have a lift. They had his vehicle for a whole day and at the end of the day they told him that he didn't have power steering because he did not have any fluid. Francis told him that his vehicle was not road worthy because of some body work that needed to be done and it would be best for him to fix the body work before he did the power steering. He picked up his vehicle and an older gentleman told him that it was leaking and they could do the work but he did not want to have his vehicle there for another day. They told him what he already knew and they did not do the work. They need to listen to the customer more. If they would have listened to him the work would have been done, as he already had the hose in the trunk of his vehicle. He would not recommend them based on the issues stated.

Jose I an appologise if you had a bad exoerience.  The car has/had structural rot in the strut towers.  I did not want to do un-nessisary work to a car that may be beyond repair.  Unfortunately I am not a body expert to accurately assess the repair.  I recommended taking to someone who could estimate the proper structural repairs.  The power steeing leak was a steel line on the steering rack. I was under the impression you had a pressure hose, which was not the issue.  I could not locate a line for the steering rack, therefore the steering rack would need to be replaced.  Since the rack replacement was $600.  I am sorry if all of this information was accurately communicated to you.
