Alexis in the service dept. 10 stars!
I had a horrible experience with my vehicle with no fault to the staff at Hyundai but my service advisor Alexis Ramirez was exceptional! It’s rare now days to receive such great customer service but Alexis absolutely deserves nothing but praise for the time and effort he spent on my car issues. If you need a great service guy at Hyundai Carlsbad ask for Alexis he is the best!
