Erin said the quality of the work performed by this business was great. The communication was poor. She was not kept informed on the status of her vehicle. She would contact them consistently to try and find out when she would get her vehicle back. She stated she was frustrated by the poor communication because she was driving a bigger vehicle which she did not enjoy. When she finally got a hold of someone, they told her vehicle would be ready on Friday but delivered her vehicle two days prior to that promise which got them brownie points from her. They had her vehicle for three weeks. She would recommend them to others but would warn them about their poor communication.
