Ben said he waited for 2 hours on the side of the highway for the tow driver to come help him, and he didn't arrive until 11PM. When he got there, the driver didn't speak much English, so the language barrier created problems with the method of payment. The driver demanded that he pay, but the insurance company was supposed to pay the business instead. Since the driver didn't understand what the insurance company was telling him about the payment, he hung up. Ben was unable to get a hold of another representative from the insurance company at the time, so he was forced to pay the driver out of pocket. Now he has to go back and forth with the insurance company to get his money back.
