OVER CHARGED & NOT WEARING MASKS
I am extremely upset because they charged $20 just to change my flat tire and put on a spare I already had. Never in my life have I ever been charged or been charged that much especially when I didn’t buy anything from them and it took a mechanic 2 minutes to do. None of the employees inside were wearing masks.

We are a full service AAA approved auto repair facility with skilled commissioned auto technicians.  We are not a wholesale tire changing facility with hourly paid employees.  We feel that the $20 fee you were charged was fair in order for us to properly pay our commissioned technician that had to be pulled off of another job and bring their personal tools to change your tire in your emergency situation.

As for the mask issue, we make an effort for our employees to wear masks in the office however we have several employees that have medical conditions that prevent them from wearing them continuously.

I will be glad to personally give back your $20 when you will come back into the shop.
