I am very sorry you feel this way, Rashanda. Over the last year, you have come in 4 other times complaining of a noise in the rear ever since we replaced your rear brake pads. Each time, we have never heard the noise, nor can you get it to act up for us. Even still, we pulled it apart and cleaned them and added anti squeak twice. The other 2 times we replaced the pads and rotors with upgraded quality each time and not charging for it, thinking we could satisfy you. Now you have a brake caliper that has seized up and we did not replace that on your original visit. Originally, you declined the brake flush that would help to prevent this type of failure from accuring. We have even offered to still warranty the pads and rotors if you will pay for the calipers and that is still not to your satisfaction. I am very sorry that we are not able to satisfy you, but we have tried everything to keep you happy.
