Spoke with Nancy. She said the customer service was outstanding and the cleanup of the vehicle was fantastic. The vehicle was ready earlier than planned. She was kept adequately informed and the staff advised her of what they fixed. They were outstanding, friendly, informative and they answered all the questions she had. She was satisfied with the communication. They had problems locating the parts they needed. They advised her that they would have them on a certain date and they did.

Spoke with Lori. She said this business was excellent. They were timely and made things easy for her. They arranged the rental vehicle for her. They matched the paint to the right shade of gold. It was absolutely perfect. They went above and beyond. They even fixed minor little chips. The inside was completely detailed. It looks like they may have shampooed the interior of the vehicle. It was as new as the outside and was not a part of the repair.
