Marcus said they were fair, but too expensive, so he didn't let them get the part for his vehicle. Something about the way they get their parts is more expensive than average. However, everybody knew what they were doing and they still get the job done.

Damien said, he went into this business for an alignment and they told him he had to have other services done first but when he took the vehicle elsewhere, they did the alignment for him.

Jose said he went in to get a alignment done and the mechanic said it was fixed. He could still hear bumping so it was not fixed and one of the guys told him it will cost $300 to fix. He took it to another place and that mechanic said the alignment was not done correctly so it should be fixed for free.

No idea what they did
I get a printout from most auto wheel alignment places but wonderfully courteous representative said their printer is not working for past few months. He suggested that it needed very minor adjustment. Other than this concern they took car in without appointment and finished in 45 minutes as suggested. I will give them highest star once they can give printout of alignment.

Felicia said she has gone back three times for the same oil leak. She is still not sure if it is fixed, she will just have to wait and see. She would not recommend them to others because of the reasons mentioned.
