Honesty
They once again exceeded my expectations. I dropped my car off for an interior issue and I mentioned I needed a battery for my fob. When I picked it up I was surprised to see the interior issue wasn’t able to be completed due to a BMW issue, not theirs. We talked through some potential fixes that I could do on my own and save a lot of money. I was ready to go and asked what I owed for the fob battery, and I was told I owe nothing. I took the idea that they shared and fixed the interior issue myself for $6.00. These guy are honest people. I will continue to use them to service all my European vehicles.
