It's time that the customer service experience catches up with the changes! Our goal is to provide complete repairs, consistent customer service, and transform major inconveniences into an enjoyable experience.

Complete Auto has been in business for five years, although its auto repair roots are deep. It was built on the foundation of Bill's Auto Repair when the owner retired after spending over 40 years in the industry. Bill's Auto established a reputation for providing complete repairs. When you came to pick up your vehicle you were confident that nothing was overlooked or ignored, and you could count on a good joke or a story!

For nearly 20 years Mark Guy mentored under Bill Hodson and then purchased the business after his retirement. Mark changed the name and set about building a new experience on that solid automotive repair foundation.

Didn’t do anything when paid to do a diagnostics test
Took my truck to do a diagnostics test on the transmission didn’t even find out what was wrong with it. Then after the diagnostics test they proceed to tell me they don’t even work on my transmission but they could put a remanufactured one in it..... then why are you doing a diagnostics test I already know there is a problem with the transmission if you aren’t going to work on it why would I have you diagnose it.... they charged me 120 bucks to do literally nothing scammed out of 120 dollars.... I will never come back to this place and will not recommend for sure!

I have reviewed your issue and determined our mistake.  In our initial conversation you suspected the problem to be elcetrical, probably a solenoid or sensor.  We made the appointment with the anticipation of the job requiring a full scan of all the modules and further electrical testing and diagnostics.  During my preliminary road test I was able to quickly determine that the source of the fault was in the internal components of the transmission and that full disassembly and a rebuild would be required to fix your vehicle and no further testing was necessary.  The problem was that I failed to pass this information on to the Service Advisor and he went off the price attached to the original appointment.  This is completely my mistake and if you come by we will give you a full refund.  
Our years of experience guides our approach to transmission repairs.  Some repairs can be made by addressing external or electrical components.  Others require a full rebuild or replacement.  On some vehicles, providing our customer with the best product means that we rebuild the transmission in-house, other times it means installing a quality remanufactured unit.  In the case of your vehicle we recommended a remanufactured unit. 
Again, thank you for taking the time to inform us of your negative experience.  We will provide you a full refund and we have addressed this error in our process to avoid this happening again in the future.
