Good fast service
The service received on my last visit to Crenshaw was very good since I made the visit without appointment. I do believe that $25.00 to install a battery is excessive as is a charge of $11 for shop supplies !! I was surprised at the cost of a battery but in todays world it probably is acceptable.

Consistent and reliable service and results; good people throughout!
3 times I brought the car in after somehow catching a nail in three different tires. Once you patched the rear tire. Twice you could not fix the front tires. In both cases you said I needed a new tire. Although the nails were in the first tread, they were not near the side-walls. I suggest that, in these cases, you plug these tires and send me on my way. Both of those tires were relatively new. Final verdict 25 dollars in stead of 160 dollars- and a happier customer.

Was disappointed I had to take vehicle back in less than 2 weeks for same problem.
Had to take vehicle back twice for the same problem. Car would not start some of the time.
First time they said battery was weak and they charged it up. Second time when they checked it, said battery had a dead cell and replaced the battery.
