Accurate diagnosis, trustworthy dealing, excellent work!
I've brought one or more of my vehicles to Custom several times, for jobs ranging from brake repair to engine work. And at least three times, I brought the vehicle in expecting the worst (and prepared to pay for the worst!) only to have the folks at Custom tell me that either there was no real problem, or that the problem wasn't as bad as I expected. in other words, they *could've* diagnosed and recommended unnecessary repairs -- *and they didn't.* And also, I've been to other mechanics recently who diagnosed a problem inaccurately, made the consequent unnecessary repair, and then, when I drove my car off their lot to find the problem was the same, told me, "Well, it was something else" (and of course offered no refund or discount on subsequent work). But at Custom, every time I've been, the diagnosis has been spot-on, and the problem has always been resolved. Bottom line: the folks at Custom are HONEST, they are TRUSTWORTHY, and they are EXCELLENT in the work they perform.
