Waste of time.
I had scheduled and oil change and a fix on my door. I requested a loaner car as I only have one vehicle. I drove 20 mins to appointment to find out that there was no loaner car. Complete waste of my time. He also told me that one of the loaner cars broke down. So that also doesn’t warrant confidence in their work if they cant keep the loaner up and running. Avoid this place unless you want your time and energy wasted.
