Kevin, Its unfortunate you feel that way. We are happy your car is operating normally and assure you the service you requested was performed. You declined the suggested testing prior to service. That is what lead us to the rest of your vehicles electrical fault. A re-manufactured alternator rarely comes looking shinny. In order to get that shinny new casing you would need to purchase a NEW unit which we would gladly install for you. You would however be responsible for the price difference between the units. The re-manufactured unit comes at a substantial savings to our clients, but we would be happy to install a new unit and cover the labor under warranty. Regardless of which unit we install, we stand behind our service 2 years or 24,000 miles and provide you with a nation wide warranty. If you still feel we need to install a new unit please contact the store manager Ray Martinez or the owner Scott Wisneski directly. We are always happy to serve you. Ray M.
