Spoke with Hope. She said when the vehicle was picked up, they caused another problem because they ripped out a wire in the sensor. She is going back when other parts come in and is making sure this is taken care of.

Robert is correct in stating no service had been performed. It was a 2nd party insurance claim  waiting for insurance adjuster to make a determination.
