Steve said he called this business about a repair he needed done to his vehicle and they told him it would take an hour and a half to complete the repair. When he dropped off his vehicle, they told him the work would take two hours to complete. When he arrived two hours later, the work was not complete. He waited an extra hour while they finished. He liked that they took off part of the bill for having to wait so long.

Sorry Steve that you had to wait extra time. The mechanic that was working on your car got called away and failed to let the manager David know about the situation. I know that your time is very valuable and we have put some rules in place to avoid this from happening again to another customer. Thanks so much for your input. It helps make us better at what we do.
